Janetter is among many Twitter apps you can use and is currently the one I use.  The best thing about Janetter is you can use it for more than one Twitter account.  It also has cool features like automatically notifying you of new twits and the ability to ignore certain users that you follow.    The interface on this software is pretty impressive, especially once you find the theme for you.  It’s very easy to use and navigate even if you’re unfamiliar with Twitter and how it works.
